evaporator aircond

This is the air conditioner from an evaporator in a heating and cooling unit. Its function is to take the heat out of your air and eliminate humidity keeping it cold. Because especially in summer season, you want a cool and calm atmosphere inside the room The four parts consist of; Compressor Condenser Expansion Valve Evaporator Every link in the chain has its part to play. That is the evaporator, which absorbs heat from air. This hot air passes to the condenser and collect warmth. It releases heat outside with the help of condenser which in turn cools down air inside.

The air in the room gets cooled through a gas called refrigerant functioning as coolant being circulated inside an evaporator or coiling loop. It is truly one of the essential factory for chilling. That is because the refrigerant in there evaporates from a liquid to a gas when it flows through. The skittle does because it is taking in heat from the air. That is what cools the air in your room. The cooled down air is pushed back into the room so that everyone remains cool. Next the refrigerant gas that is now hot goes to condenser. Then it cools off and becomes liquid again. Then it is returned to the evaporator, where again drops in temperature by absorbing heat. It then retains the liquid to a uniform temperature and changes from gas to liquid, ensuring that your home can be properly conditioned.

How evaporator air conditioning works

Refrigerant leaks — If you have discovered the air blowing from your home is no longer as cold, it may be a sign of low refrigerant gas. It simply warms the air inside and causes unnecessary heat, which can make for an uncomfortable room.

Dirty Evaporator Coil3- Dirty evaporator coil: Cleaning the dirty evaporator of your cooling system can boost it's performance. However, it is not the most efficient at cooling and can become molds or odors, this due to a clogged up coil in which won't let airflow pass through.
